This is the textbook definition of "we look professional, but have no idea what we are doing". - Item is late by 2 weeks, then leaves the city and then comes back to the final destination, where some rep calls you to reconfirm the information THAT THEY ALREADY HAVE. This idiotic two-step verification, only slows down deliveries, what if I someone does not have a phone number to be reached out, or what if they are not reachable ? Whoever taught this was a great idea, clearly should commit seppuku and quit customer service forever. - They are UNREACHABLE. Number one, finding their phone number is a nightmare, nowhere is it mentioned on their website (with the purpose to not have angry customer call them). Secondly when you do find their phone number, it just says sorry call back later and hangs up.... The rep that will call you to reconfirm the details (they already have), can only be reached during certain hours Monday to Friday (hours that you have to guess). - This is what happens when amazon starts relying on lousier shipping services that underbid the likes of UPS - NATIONAL POST - DHL....

If you can get your parcel delivered with an other company I suggest you do it, I ordered a parcel on April 19th and was scheduled for delivery on may 2nd, 7 days later I still dont have it. Their website and tracking system gives very limited updates. Worst experience with a shipping company to date
