They replied in ENGLISH when they have a french section and I sent a message in french? I told them it wasn't very professional of them and they replied with high level of condescendance and told me it was quite obvious they only have professional computers. Professional but not able to reply to a simple question. Told me to go to the local store when it's very far, told me they don't answer questions by phone either. Very limited possibilities, right? They preferred wasting their time telling me they don't do clientele service, never apologized for their message in english or their bad professionalism, than replying to the first simple question.

Had my computer built by them and while I had a problem with a part not functioning properly, they were quick to help with the RMA process. Their great customer service made sure I'll be a repeat customer.

Bad service. Bought at a certain price, they cancelled my order, refund, then raise the price. It's illegal. They should have fulfilled my order first. Not recommended.
