En revenant de vacances le 30 avril 10:59 pour leur dire que J'AVAIS CANCELLER MON RENDEZ-VOUS EN LIGNE, aucun signe que l'on avait pris mon message. On m'a laiss un message plusieurs jours plus tard pour me dire que je devais de l'argent la clinique pour rendez-vous manqu sans cancellation. Rappel le centre de rendez-vous aprs une attente d'environ 20 min. la jeune fille de savait pas quoi dire et me donnait toute sorte d'excuses et ne pouvait me justifier q'ils avaient eu mon message. Elles me disait qu'eux les rceptionnistes ne lisaient pas les messages, que c'tait un ordinateur et que ce n'tait pas personnaliser.
