Wil-Aide Medical

As a veteran geriatric social worker, I feel compelled to write this review and share my exceptional experience at Wil- Aide. My mother was recuperating at rehab post fall and hip fracture. At 93 she was now contending with requiring mobility aides etc., as recommended by her physiotherapist and occupational therapist. I was assisted by Cindy who had worked at the store for 15 years and the technician Robert was also present and willing to help. The service and support was simply outstanding. Every item I required was in stock from walker to cane from bath chair to bath mat etc. My mother was concerned that she could not choose the items in the store with me but Cindy reassured me that their is a return policy . However, when I brought the walker and the cane to my mother she was just so reassured with the excellent quality and all their ergonomic features. A few items require installation and that to was dovetailed to be delivered to her home in conjunction with her discharge date, Cindy guided me so exceptionally thru the whole process of choosing the right options for my mother .- I am very very grateful for Cindy's assistance, support and patience. This made all the difference to this challenging task.

Excellent service. They took the time to answer my questions and were very kind. There prices are very fair as well and had a wide variety of choices.

Lots of mobility aids and pleasant, helpful staff. It's not a fancy place, but who needs that?
