Worst management ever. We had a good experience with our original landlord of the apartment but things changed drastically once cutcorp bought the property. The building was left unattended and in poor state - dirty and smelling. They refused to give parking space even though there is plenty availability, do not fix issues reported and try to force you out a day before the moving date. If you try to reach out to them, they are incredibly rude. Worst part of it all, they allowed someone else to enter and leave their belongings in our apartment before the end of our contract, without asking us for permission. Disgusting management. If not for them, we might have stayed longer.

I lived in a CutCorp building for 2 years. I had a great experience with them and really enjoyed my time there!

Horrible experience with CutCorp management!!!! A couple of years ago we were tenants in a building that was bought by CutCorp and the management did everything in their power to evict us once they assumed ownership. They did not want to cooperate with us at all even though we had been living in that apartment building for numerous years prior and had an impeccable record as tenants (never missed a rent payment, kept the place in order etc.). We even had to take them to court but the power of their management and attorney squashed us and we were kicked out of our apartment as a consequence. Be careful when you rent from these people!!!! They are liars, scammers and cheaters who are ruthless in their business practices.
