DO NOT USE BECK SNOW REMOVAL! This is the third snow storm that they havent come by. The first time the truck is broken , the second time the guy who does that route is sick , this time Im waiting to hear what the new excuse they give me is. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I wouldve lost two days of work if I didnt shovel myself out. Rant over.

Saturday Dec. 17, 2022. 2nd snow dump of the year. We park in our garage especially during the winter. This allows Beck to clear the snow easily. This morning he came at 7:30 am. I heard the tractor coming down the street and looked out my window but was disappointed to observe the tractor barely cleared the entrance to the driveway. Basically one swoop of the city truck's snow dump after clearing the street during the night. As if our car was parked in the drive way. Yet it was in the garage. He did the same across the street. Though their car was in the drive way. By 2 pm the competitor was completing his driveways. It is now almost 7pm. It snowed continuously the most part of the day and Beck is no where to be seen our Drive way is full of snow. Our dinner guest have no where to park. I tried calling Beck, voice mail is full. Hmm are they short of staff??? What is going on? Usually they are timely. It is now 7:15 pm and Beck showed up!! I added 2 stars and remember to be patient. Perhaps our snow clearer used poor judgement this morning.
