It was a heavy rainy cold day. They did not allow me to be inside of the building because there was one person inside, already. I had to wait for my turn outside I guess this is because of covid. Thank god I had a big umbrella but my feeth got wet. Being inside I saw there is a long hall inside where perfectly people could be waiting having 2 meters of distance. I can not imagine waiting outside with a temperature below 0.
