I went to this furniture store for the first time and spoke with the sales woman, who was very nice. She helped me find a sectional couch i was interested in. I went back home took my measurements and came back the following weekend. After speaking with the owner we agreed on a price. While making sure the couch was not damaged i asked owner if there was any warranty. The owner then suddenly backed out saying he changed his mind on the price. i asked why? wondering if it was because i asked if there was a warranty...he then became rude. Not sure what triggered him but it seemed personal. I tried to understand what was happening and he told me to leave his store...so i left. Never going back, horrible customer service and huge waste of time.
