Worst customer service ever, if I could give a zero or better yet a minus I would !! As per another review on here I agree the person she is referring to his name is Aldo, you ask him a question and he yells at you. It's like he's doing you a favor by getting you insurance and I have a flawless record. Do yourself a favor and work with a call center Insurance company where u can actually reach someone every time and they won't yell at you for doing their job : (

IF I COULD I WOULD PUT 0 STARS my file isn't the greatest for insurance and I know that I asked the guy if he can help me he said no problem I call him to get the insurance when I picked the car I wanted and he yelled at me whenever I asked a question saying I was arguing ..I was perfectly calm.. shortly after he yelled and said that since I'm pregnant I should know my record and am irresponsible. I also reached out previously to him everything was good before and he claimed I called him last minute ..he works alone and is a waste of time
