I'm waiting over 5 months for battery change, plus a mirror, peddle fix. The original guy is gone. They got their truck sabotaged, so pickup took a year. Now over 5 months to get it fixed, and returned...no call backs, and if the phone gets answered, no info on prices on new lithium batteries, no intel on when it will be fixed, other than there are bikes ahead of mine still waiting to be fixed....going on, way too long, but I'm patiently disabled...Still not good service, I hope some discounts apply for this?.

THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY BAD IF YOU WANT A EBIKE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THE PEOPLE THERE ARE IGNORANT AND THEY DONT LISTEN AND THEIR COMMUNICATIONS ARE BAD THE BIKES ARE FINE BUT ONCE YOU PURCHASE IT WILL ACT LIKE A REFURBISHED BIKE. The experience I had with my bike is I was charged is I waited two hours then I went to check if it was done charging and it wasnt but I had to use it and I tried turning on by the key and it didnt work I have not trouble with the bike I have not made any accident I havent dropped my bike but their was still a problem with it. If you have bought a bike from this ebike store and their is a problem with your ebike DO NOT GO BACK FOR THEM TO FIX IT I left my bike there for 2 months in a half and they didnt even look at my bike it sat there for 4 weeks more . If you need your bike fixed go to a 5 or 4 star rating ebike store. Service is bad location is bad prices is bad to repair the bike is bad one star rating.
