        I have been going to K Pilates for over 6 months and I never want to stop. I am taking private training with Katya. I was never much of a sport, but Katya is truly an inspiration. She is what she teaches. I am 35 yo with a chronic condition, so working out was always a challenge. But with Katya, not only its fun, I feel great and my blood work improved drastically within few months of starting the training. The K Pilates studio is beautiful, it's peaceful and clean. The music is always nice. I highly recommend!
