I've since had to do many repairs out of pocket with my own handyman, simply because they where irresponsive or their delays were too long. Imagine 8 to 12 emails later, multiple phones, sometime she would pick up notice its me and say ill call you right back, then it would be me trying to call her back for 1 or 2 weeks. Absolutely disrespectful to clients. She kept telling me its because of covid that they did not have some materials but my handy man would show me pictures of home depots and rona's having the exact model we needed available. Just an overall extremely painful situation that I would not repeat or wish upon no one. Simply to busy to take care of their clients after the sale.
