J'ai fait affaire avec cette compagnie et j'ai plusieurs points aborder pour justifier mon valuation. Premirement, les reprsentants font du porte porte sans avoir de permis de commerant itinrant de la part de l'OPC. Quand j'en ai parl celui que je crois tre le propritaire, il m'a dit que c'tait d au fait qu'ils n'taient dans la rgion que pour un court laps de temps, puis que le temps qu'ils reoivent le permis, ils seraient dj partis (je vis au Bas St-Laurent). Honntement, je n'aime pas cette rponse. Ils pourraient tout simplement demander le permis plusieurs mois l'avance et en plus, selon mes recherches rapides, le permis est valide pendant 2 ans et s'applique l'ensemble du Qubec. Le tout pour moins de 1000$. Donc soit ils ne veulent pas payer le permis, soit ils ont fait une demande, mais elle a t refuse, mais ils ont procd quand mme. Malgr tout cela, j'ai quand mme accept et sign leur proposition pour un scellant pour mon asphalte. Avec le reprsentant qui me dit qu'il me fais un bon rabais et sans trop connatre a, difficile de dire non. Cependant, quelques heures aprs que le reprsentant soit parti, j'ai fais comme font probablement la plupart de ceux qui me lise actuellement, je suis aller voir les avis sur internet. Car oui, pendant que le reprsentant est sur place, ce n'est pas trs poli et on ne pense pas ncessairement aller voir les avis sur la compagnie. ce moment-l, j'ai vu les commentaires trs ngatifs des autres clients. a ma fait regretter d'avoir accepter. C'est l que j'ai compos le numro inscrit sur la facture, mais je n'ai pas eu de rponse tout de suite et je n'ai pas laiss de message. Par contre, dans les 5 minutes suivantes, le propritaire m'a rappel ! Je lui ai dit que je souhaitais annuler aprs avoir vu qu'ils n'avaient pas de permis de commerant itinrant (voir plus haut), puis aprs avoir lu les avis, puis il m'a expliqu que la plupart des commentaires ngatifs datait des annes prcdentes, o ils avaient une mauvaise structure de gestion, ils prenaient trop de contrat, ils utilisaient des produits de basse qualit, etc. Il m'a offert un plus gros rabais et il a demand au reprsentant de revenir me voir pour en discuter de nouveau. Il est revenu dans les minutes qui ont suivies. J'ai donc accept de leur donner une chance quand mme. Il m'ont dit qu'ils viendraient le lendemain, soir le mardi. Cependant, le mardi, pas de traces des travailleurs de la journe. J'ai reu un appel du reprsentant vers 20h30 pour me dire qu'ils avaient eu un bris et qu'ils allaient passer sans faute dans la journe du lendemain. Heureusement, je fais du tltravail donc a ne ne drange pas trop. Le mercredi, encore pas de traces des travailleurs de la journe. Vers 14h30 j'ai rappel le reprsentant pour savoir ce qui se passait et il m'a dit qu'il allait appeler les travailleurs pour s'assurer qu'ils passent. Ils ont fini par arriver vers 19h00 et ils ont fait le travail trs, voir trop rapidement. Le rsultat est correct. On voit que a a t fait rapidement. L'tape du soufflage pour retirer les roches et la poussire aurait pu tre mieux faite, ils ont bien pris soin de retirer les roches seulement sur l'asphalte, sans faire d'effort pour retirer toutes les roches qu'ils ont pouss sur mes dalles de briques. galement a a laiss une fine couche de poussire noire sur mon balcon. Aprs 1 mois le rsultat est toujours bien. Donc au final : Positif : -Bon prix (malgr que j'ai eu un aussi bon prix car j'ai rappel en demandant d'annuler) -Retour d'appel rapide / semble se soucier du client -Asphalte l'allure plus jeune!
