Leur tarifs sont comptitifs, ou un peu plus lev que les autres compagnies de gestion immobilire, mais leur service le vaut vraiment puisquils ont toutes ces connaissances pointues pour grer une coproprit adroitement et dans les rgles de lArt! Jai t administratrice dun syndicat de 50 portes et plus pendant 10 ans et sigeait galement sur le CA horizontal dun projet de 9 immeubles Terrebonne. Nous avions eu environ 3 autres compagnies de gestion dans les annes antrieures donc avons pu facilement voir une diffrence marque dans la faon daborder les problmes et surtout dans la rsolution rapide de certaines situations qui tournaient en rond depuis 2 ans dans certains cas.
