This has to be the worst customer service i have ever received. I bought a new Heatpump and Furnace for my home and since i bought tyhe heat pump comes from this company as they have exclisive rights to Daiken products in North America. My installer came to install the system I had bought a Daiken SkyAir which is one of Daikens top end models. SInce the day of installation nothing but issues. Imagine that in the winter time after -12 my heatpump stopped working i was obliged to go to my furnace and turn on a switch for the house to heat properly, when i bougjt the system i was told that the heat pump should heat until -20 no issue at all without using the furnace. After many calls to my installer which he asnwered and came to verify he was getting info from Emco Deluxair that pieces have to be changed in the furnace. I tell you every single companant on the furnace was changed and still the same issues. Finally i had the main tech from Deluxair come with my istaller to verify and he deemed that there was on oe of the boards in the furnace not working after getting changed and waiting over 3 weeks to do so still same issue. After still having the same issues the installer came back with the tech from EMCO deluxair and they deemed issue with heat pump. Aftyer changing all major componants in the heat pump still the same issue. We are now going on the close to 2 years with this issue. It got so back that the heatpump started making a really loude noise at this point i got fed up and when i spoke to my installer he told me he was waiting on Deluxair on what was to happen next. I was so fed up i called them myself and i spoke to the gentleman who came to my house to trouble shoot 3 times he told me its not thier fault they are waiting on Daiken. I then sent the tech from deluxair an email which i never got a reply back too, 1 week later i followed up and advised that if there was no reply after 24/48 hours i would get my lawyers involved as to this point i have spent 2 years of my life battleing for something which i paid for and should be working perfectly. I waitwed 4 hours no answer to my email. I decided to finally call back Deluxair and speak to Martin Gagnon who is the big Boss for all of Canada he was not in the office i spoke to another director there who heard my story and adviosed me he will relay the message to Martine and he would call em back within 24/48 we are going into 4 days now and still no call back. This company and thier customer service is disgusting i cant believe how they dont even have the decency to get back to a client who has been having issues for 2 years now. Im sorry but i hope Daiken gets to read these reviews and sees that i am a cleint with an issue and after 2 years its still not fixed and gets someone to finally work on my case or very least call me to advise me what the next steps will be.
