        Worst experience Ive had with these so-called technicians that has no respect for anyone. They dont teach you anything. The so-called technician are only good at drinking Pepsi, smoke & talk smack to anyone whos trying to prove himself whatsoever. A warning to anyone whos in the these factories. You cant even find people who could fill your spots since no one would last 6 months with this kind of toxic environment. Disgusted.

        So far everything has been extremely efficient and professional. The technician arrived on time and was extremely courteous and professional. Everything was explained clearly and the installation took as long as was predicted over the phone. It is refreshing to deal with a service business who places this level of emphasis on customer service!
