My old Whirlpool fridge stopped working today. After reviewing some videos, and some troubleshooting, I was sure that my relay was the culprit. Few searches on amazon/ebay and parts websites gave me the part number I was looking for. So, rather than ordering it (would take few days!), I went to the Laval Reliable location. Was very pleased with my visit as the gentleman who was there that morning was nice enough to find for me a replacement (the part Ive found on the web was unavailable) and with a little rebate so that I can pay the same price I was planning to pay anyway. Package was including a capacitor. My fridge is now back to life! And yes, I would recommend a Reliable store for their parts and also for their precious experience.
