I bought a refrigerator "as-is" and service in the store was very good. The delivery time was OK but they never called an hour ahead like we were told. Then they had to remove the doors from the fridge to bring it downstairs which is OK. But they asked for MY tools!!!. What would they have done if I didn't have tools? They should have their own tools and not ask the customer for tools to remove doors. And the worst part is they damaged my wood floor. There are 2 grooves that are visible but the truck was already gone when I noticed after tipping the guys too. The guys were nice but I'm still disappointed to pay $80 plus tax for delivery to end up with a damaged floor. So the one star is for delivery service. Store service was fine
