I bought a machine right before Christmas and had issues with the machine from day 1. I contact the manufacturer several times and had no success with them for about 2 weeks. After calling Centre du Rasoir they told me to bring the machine back to the store. The gentlemen at the store provided excellent service and tested the machine. After troubleshooting they provided me with a brand new unit no questions asked. So far the new units is running great!
