I rarely leave review unless the service is exceptionnal or absolutely appauling. Sadly in this case its the later. My civil procedure was dragged for nearly 4 years. They just kept reporting claiming missed documents they already had or were innexistant or lawyer switch ect... Staff was rude and unhelpful. At some point during all those procedures I was even sent another client full documents and information including a paternity test result and their child original birth certificate. I asked they let the client be made aware of their mistake but they werent onboard with that, I insisted as I believe their client shouw but I doubt they did. Overall terrible experience.
