They give me an apointment but havent received the parts,parts dont arrive so they cant begin ,nor do they call me to reschedule. I was assured it was a question of days, two weeks later I explain to my insurance company they inquire and I get an apt for the next day. They tell me a part is still missing but should arrive soon. I was asked to sign a disclosure they were not responsible for any delay due to part delays, when I refuse to sign it Im handed off to the director. I explained I cant sign it because of the already two and a half month delay. And I may need more than 24 notice to return rental and pick up my car if Im out of town, also there policy, I told if Im not happy I can go elsewhere. I did! If you need to go there be very patient , its their way or the highway.
