I wanted to make a reservation for 25+ people for a birthday dinner where we would also stay for drinks. I called in advance and I was told I would receive a call to confirm my reservation. I had to call back 4 + times and was given the runaround. I even suggested letting me know if they could not accommodate us so that I would find another venue. Eventually had reserve somewhere else. Don't promise to call back and not follow through!
