On donne nos drinks, et repas en commande. Ont eu nos repas seulement rendu 10h30pm.. Deplus, ont trouver trs dsagrable qu'une serveuse qui n'tait pas la ntre car chaque fois qu'elle passait, elle nous re-servait de notre pichet alors que nos verres n'tait pas vide. Au point, qu'il a fallu lui dire d'arrte car on attendais aprs nos repas.. Normalement il nous en reste aprs le repas..( rush inutile a boire? ) Je crois avoir vu environs 2x mon serveur de toute ma soire .. aucun service prsent. Mme au moment de payer 10h45pm. Le serveur nous remets la facture et il n'est jamais revenu... nous avons attendu 15-20minutes et vu qu'il ne revenais pas. Nous avons laiss l'argent sur la table avec la facture et nous somme parti. Nous avions invites un amis afin de lui faire dcourvir le Keg et il a trouver la nourriture trs bonne mais service extrmement rare (non prsent). Je suis trs du car c'est la premire fois que j'ai un service autant mauvais au Keg Laval.. normalement le service es impeccable. Il va me falloir un moment avant d'y retourne .. Car au prix qu'on paye, autre que pour le steak, c'est surtout pour le service reu ..

We had a reservation for twelve in the private room upstairs. Horrible service from beginning to end. Waitresses (when present- because we had to wait sometimes 45 min in between visits) lack experience but mostly efficiency. Took 1 hour to get cocktails. Im telling you we arrived at 5 and edend up leaving at 10 !!!!! Meat wasnt cooked properly on 3 plates at least. It was just chaos all around. Def would not recommend and would not go back, especially for the price.
