Been waiting on a refund for 2 months now (9550$) Excuses given that they changed computer system and have to transfer documents ( sent them my contract ). They act like it's no big deal and that we're talking about 200$. It shouldn't take two months to refund a customer. They do not contact me unless I contact them to know what's going on... after letting them know protection of the consumer they have 10 days to issue a refund and no response from their behalf at this point. Still have no idea what's going on with my refund after two months. Communication between the staff is un organized and un clear. One person says one thing and another says something else.
