        Lovely heritage coffee shop in the village of saint rose, owner and staff are very customer oriented. Pat even showed us the roasting process of fresh beans, Ive never experienced a lesson in coffee anywhere! It was amazing! The coffee was perfection and the croissants were so fresh, I felt like I was in a tiny village in France. I would say having a coffee at this location is an experience and a great way to spend time. Enjoy!
