First off i want to make it clear that i love the vehicle. Mu issue is with the service. From the onset it has been almost impossible to get a hold of someone at the montreal polestar. My vehicle was rear ended in december and the repair company (carstar) has been trying to get a hold of the parts department but it's almost impossible. I have also tried and even reached out to polestar canada support who also have not heard back frok the montreal dealership. I finally spoke to someone (francis) but he was not very commital on getting the parts out and said he needed to speak to carstar. I just want my car back!!!
