I called this company for vinyl tile cleaning and waxing (600sqf approx). When he arrived he forgot to bring the fan to dry the floor (which I find already very unprofessional), so the job took longer than supposed to. I clearly mentioned to him about the stains on the floor, and the type of finishing I wanted to have, and he reassured to me that all the stain will be gone. During the job I was pointing out some of the stain and he was positive on the removal. I left the facility for 2hrs , and when I come back the job was completed. The floor was looking awful, some of the stains were gone but the majority were still there mixed clean and dirt under the wax. Dust was dried into the wax like a sandpaper type of finish. After pointing out the problems he got nerve and start to ask for his money in a very rude way. The job was so bad that yesterday I had to be forced to buy floating floor and cover everything in the offices, except for the kitchen, bathroom and entrance, which I will post picture of the bad work.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYBODY, IS A TOTAL RIP OFF AND THEY LIE ABOUT THE QUALITY. (pictures will follow)
