I will never step foot in that store ever again. My money will not support staff members that are rude, entitled, and have no respect to who they are speaking to. I dont need someone to be extremely nice to me JUST pleasant. Maybe they should hire younger people like students. At least they will try their hardest to make the customer happy. Ill go to The Childrens place instead!

Disclaimer: this is not the only review regarding the lack of respect of store hours. Only reason why this store gets 2 stars instead of one is because of the Carters banner. As for the location, I drove from Montreal just to pick up an order and the store was closed with no warning, online presence, no answer (while my order was saying we can call for curbside). This is not a small independent store Im not sure what the head office thinks of this. There was a minor snowstorm in the morning and literally all other stores were open. At least have one person answer the phone and honor pick-ups.

Store is closed 20 minutes before actually closing. Supposed to close at 6pm, doors are locked at 5:40pm.

I like the place, quality is worth it for the prices they practice. It is spacious with a variety of clothes from 0 to 14 Years. There is also a big parking outside. Recommend it if you have a kid
