        Purchased a jacket in June and just started wearing it this month . I realized its torn a bit on the sleeve and dont know how or where I damaged it . Caroline and Melissa didnt even hesitate to replace the jacket, also informing me about a lifetime warranty on the stitching . Wow great service for a great product . Thank you
