        Worst customer service ever, purchased an expensive winter coat 10 days ago without discount, asked the girl if can get the difference when the price goes down , she said yes within 14 days. Went to get the difference around 60$ , a rude girl her name jimmy said only 1 week. Will submit a complaint at OPC.
