Tim Hortons

We take the trouble to pay for combos, but they don't give us our donuts and cookies, it's difficult to confirm our order when we're asked to park directly after paying at the drive-thru. A rather special technique for having good times between drive-thru orders, but a very good way to lose loyal customers. A year ago he was our favorite Tim, that's not what he was anymore. Another order with paid and missing items. Update: we returned 2 months later, an equally bad experience. Never cold brew coffee, no brioche, no pumpkin cup. All in all, they never have anything and still use the technique of making people park at the drive-thru, it's beyond chaotic. The person taking the order at the drive-thru was so lost, talking to herself at the same time as taking our order, it created immense confusion. Complete decline for this Tim. We'll never go back again.

Hard to believe that this was once a branch with great service. Edit: tim asks us to contact them I guess to look good, but doesn't respond to our comments

There were 3 of us. Phew! Broccoli soup in moton and the bottom in water, chicken noodle soup no better. Unable to eat these soups...and the rest!!! Very dirty places. The employees are walking and we hear the shoes stuck to the floor. Very bad service... Please close or change!!! P.S. This Tim was very good, clean and good a few years ago but now, after 2 very disappointing visits, it's over for us.

I tried to purchase the special donuts which proceeds go to Indigenous organizations 3 different times during the day and they were never available...it seems as if they didn't want to donate to the cause..It is wrong to use charity to make profit.
