If i could, i would give him minus stars. He is very unprofessional and unsympathetic towards his patients. He leaves his patients without making sure that they are doing okay. He does not perform proper dentistry. His receptionist is extremely rude and impolite, she can't communicate properly. This was such a terrible place, no one should ever go here for their dental treatment. Horrible experience, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

This dentist used tooth freezing 5 times in my mouth for a single tooth and used immense force for the extraction. After the procedure, I lost my vision for over 30 minutes, I was numb and the bleeding continued for 4 hours. This meant that I couldn't go home alone, it was my friend who had to drive me home. I went to Dr. Thong Hochanh dental clinic on April 20, 2022 for an emergency tooth extraction and had a terrible experience. This dentist used Dental freezing (Anesthesia) 5 times in my gum for a single tooth extraction and used immense force for the extraction. After the procedure, I lost my vision for over 30 minutes, I was numb and the bleeding continued for 4 hours. This meant that I couldn't go home alone; it was my friend who had to drive me home. He forced me to go out of the clinic after taking his fees, giving a prescription, and locked the clinic door and I was waiting outside the clinic till my friend arrived. He is very poor in communication, or didn't want to talk with me then and very rude in behavior. It is a terrible experience that no one should have. Cela a fait que je ne pouvais pas rentre chez moi seul, cest mon ami qui a du me ramener chez moi. Cest une exprience terrible qui personne devrait vivre. Ne mrite mme pas une toile.
