I brought 2 pair of pants to have the zipper changed and they use the wrong colour zipper (black) on the teal blue pants, on top of it the workmanship is messy! When I pay for a service I do expect a minimum of professionalism. if not why offer it? They could've called me I would've bought the right colour zipper.
