My project was a very expensive disaster. A botched job. Project manager was very unpleasant to work with. He was unapproachable, impaatient and agressive with an explosive temper. I was afraid to communicate with him. He talked back at everything you'd say and expected me to know everything about landscaping. Flyer said 3D rendering of project. I received chicken scratch on graph paper which I was supposed to understand. Flyer also said they do cement work. Well, let me tell you, in the middle of the project I'm told by project manager " We don't do cement work". You're fixing my staircase and the cement walls are cracked and you tell me you don't do cement work at the last minute??? The project manager even had the gaul and threatened to walk off the job. Will have to demolish what was done and fix this expensive mess.
