Not only do they charge excessive prices for their services and cheap quality products but they overall lack good customer service skills. People are arrogant and on their phones most of the time. Id like to add that the shops director M. Eli, called me the day after my appointment and left me a message saying that I am banned from the store because I wrote a bad review on my experience in the store.. Big waste of energy and especially of time!

I got served by Emile whos the regional director of Greiche & Scaff. Hes the best in the game. Ive never been served like this in my life. AMAZING!! I went in with broken glasses and he was so kind to fix my glasses on the spot! Great store, great service. Recommend 100% thank you!
