We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please note that items do occasionally become oversold (we sell more than what we physically have in our warehouse). Essentially, when many users are checking out at the same time for the same item, our website does not get the chance to refresh the inventory in real-time. That means that when we process orders at the warehouse level, we have more orders in the system (virtually) than what is physically in stock, and this results in a cancellation. I would like to assure you that we only fulfill orders in priority sequence and unfortunately there were orders placed before yours to which the item(s) was allocated. Horrible customer service experience. The same copy and paste answers when the order is over 3 weeks late. The packaging is also the bare minimum and is not in line with other luxury retailers especially when you are spending premium. There is an unwillingness on their part to correct their mistakes. There are better options out there with higher discounts and significantly better customer service. High NOT recommended.
