        Ordered take out using their app, paid in advance. Order never came. Tried calling 2x customer service to ask where it was no answer. Called the next day no answer again. Left a complaint via email (survey email) asking to be contacted because I want to be reimbursed. Customer service called 3 days later , accused me of lying because she asked her delivery driver and he said he delivered it. I offered to show her my home surveillance footage that I have outside that can prove that I received no such delivery. Hung up on me. I still havent been reimbursed . I did however get an email offering me a free small popcorn chicken and their apologies . Never again.
