Terrible experience, disorganized and disrespectful with paying clients.

Horrible horrible experience. Ordered and paid for Mothers Day flowers 4 days in advance. Arrived there and my bouquets were lost. To top it off I waited 30 minutes for her to redo my bouquets but walked out of the there with nothing. When I expressed to the owner that I was disappointed with the service, she raised her voice at me, asked me not to return and proceeded to give me my money back. Because of this I had no flowers for my mother and grandmother and was one hour late to our mothers day lunch. The lack of accountability from the owner and the magnitude of disrespect for a returning and paying customer is disgusting. Will be making an official complaint with la protection des consommateurs.

The peonies were already beautiful but with the paper it was like a nice well wrapped gift, I was very happy to give it to my mom who of course loved it. I found the shop via IG, I would never have found it otherwise but I will be returning from now on :) (Original) Magnifique bouquet. Service la clientle trs gentil et attentif. Jai beaucoup aim mme le papier et le ruban du bouquet. Les pivoines taient dj magnifiques mais avec le papier a faisait comme un joli cadeau bien emball, jtais toute contente de le donner ma maman qui a biensr ador. Jai trouv la boutique via IG, je ne laurais jamais trouv autrement mais jy retournerai dornavant :)

Opened late and standard pricing. Unfortunately, took 45 minutes to get served, although they went as quickly as they could there was some in the back office who barely lifted a finger to assist with customers.
