TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I paid to have my flowers delivered and they were not delivered as the lady forgot to put my friends apartment number. I call Michka the next day to ask why the lady who took down the information did not put the correct address and she tells me that I never told her the apartment number when I did.
