Le nouveau proprio est trs sympa et souhaite de tout coeur rpondre aux besoins de ses clients. On a oubli de me rappeler la premire fois; j'ai simplement rappel et on a pris le temps de monter mon dossier. On m'a ensuite garanti la livraison le jour mme, un dimanche soir, et ce, sans surplus ou extra pour la livraison d'urgence. Livreur sympa et top service. Bref, je recommande car c'est une compagnie chelle humaine. Parler directement avec celui qui "dispatche" les commandes fait en sorte que le service est plus personnalis, mme si la manire est moins dans la finesse. Le rsultat et le coeur y est et j'ai apprci qu'on me dpanne exceptionnellement un dimanche. Merci, j'ai pu dormir au chaud :D
