We had our two young children with us who were really excited to be in a large store full of furniture. Laurie was really very patient and laughed with our children.
We were supposed to have a wait time for our table of about 3-4 months and she took the time to call us in advance since she had found a customer return and took the time to inspect it for making sure it was in perfect condition.
We therefore received our table 2 months in advance.
Additionally, when paying in full, Laurie had applied a discount that had not been announced on our total bill.
