We just received our order. According to our salesmen he told us that the delivery drivers deliver the new and pick up the old. The delivery driver refused which he was very nice about it. But why lie to your customers just so you can make a sale? We sat and unscrewed everything and prepared it so it can be an easy pick up for the drivers & we wasted our time & theirs trying to understand why we were misinformed. I dont find that professional. Also, communication is key, when we call, answer your phones. Or perhaps find staff to do customer service. Really not impressed will not be coming back in the future!
