Bouclair charges a fee for every delivery and uses doordash ....a company that does not have access to appartment blocks' mailing rooms like Canada Post, Ups, Fedex. 2 of my orders got lost, although I received a message that they had been delivered and by whom. There was no option to choose standard delivery when I ordered , the costly express delivery was the only option. When isent them sn email I was tild I could pick it up from the store- well it was a Valentine's gift for my daughter and I do not live there. Do not order unless you have a house where they can just drop off the order in front of the door - if you believe them. Customer service friendly, but I still did not receive merchandise.
