We hired Alex at Destination Construction for a full basement finishing including a full bathroom. The submission process was thorough and very detailed. The work, while being scheduled months before, began as scheduled and was completed on time. Communication was constant and effective throughout the process. Alex does most of the work himself and hires out subcontractors for electrical, pluming etc. He is very detail orientated and picked up on many things we felt would have otherwise gone unnoticed by another labourer. The worksite was always left clean and organized which is huge when renovations are in your living space. We had done major renovations in the past and had terrible experiences (over budget, poorly managed sites, etc). I had pretty much lost faith in the construction business and was hesitant to hand work out to another contractor.
