This was my first week going to EPIX in Laval and I can say that I highly recommend it! As a person that I have not been in a gym since years, I felt anxious that I may not be able to keep up with the workouts. However, the staff and the trainers were really kind and accommodating to adjust the exercises and provide variations so I can still do them, therefore I could still workout at my own level and keep up with the group. The trainers are knowledgeable, motivating, and really know how to push you to your limits. The workouts are always different, which keeps things interesting, and they're designed to challenge you no matter what your fitness level is. The studio itself is clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything you need for a great workout. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, and I always feel comfortable asking questions. One of the things I love most about Studio EPIX Laval is the sense of community. Everyone is so supportive and encouraging, and it's really helped me stay motivated and committed to my fitness goals.
