(Original) Je voulais prendre RDV a Fleury mais ils sont dmnag a Laval, qui est tjrs le plus proche pour moi, donc on y va avec... 1) Au tlphone, HORRIBLE service, me coupant la parole et on me demande mme pas si je veux un pro ou lve (a change le prix et bien sur le service). 2) Je book pour coupe et coloration et en arrivant, la fille a la rception, qui fais AUCUN effort pour me parler/servir quand j'arrive, me dit qu'ils ont "pas le temps pour la coupe", donc va falloir un autre RDV pour a, mais on s'entend j'ai les cheveux longues a mi-dos ce qui rend la coloration plus dispendieuse!! et je veux les couper courts courts, donc on me dit un "OK, on les coupe" avec l'aire a pas vrmt vouloir le faire... 3) Je dcouvre que c'est une lve qui fera le tout -pas le choix car dj ils ont "pas le temps" pour moi, mme s'il en a 2 qui font rien d'autre que se promener dans le salon 4) La coiffeuse-lve-la seule a me donner un service so-so, manque bcp dexprience pour faire tant la coupe comme la coloration -je comprends que c'est une lve mais mettez-le a faire qqchose dont elle est a laise car elle avait l'aire trop stresse et demandait l'avis de son prof a chaque seconde (ce qui a rendu le tout encore plus long qu'il tait dj et moi, a m'a rendu nerveuse qu'elle scrap mes cheveux)... 5) Rsultat: aprs 5 heures dans le maudit salon, une coupe mal faite a cause de leur "manque de temps", et une coloration qui a VRAIMENT PAS l'aire a ce que je leur ai montr sur photo, et au but de 1 mois, je trouve des taches blondes ds mes cheveux supposment bleues-platines, AFFREUX!! Vous aviez une cliente fidle depuis 2012, et vous l'avez tout a fait perdue!!
