Incredibly disappointed with Milad at my last appointment. My hair is died blonde so I went to see him for a routs cover-up, toner and a blow-dry. Even though Ive mentioned several times that I do not want a dark nuance to my hair, but a light one and even pointed in the colour catalogue which shade I wanted...he went ahead and died my hair BLACK. Not only that it turned out black from blonde, but I even had green shades in my hair. I was very unhappy, but he insisted it will go lighter after a few washes, just like I wanted it to be. Went home, cried my eyes out and for the following days I washed my hair a few times hoping the colour will go lighter. Which never happened. I texted Milad, as I have always done when I get appointments with him, to ask for a refund, but he never replied to my calls or texts. Will never set foot again there. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a haircut or haircolor!! Milad is extremely profession, he keeps himself up to date with the latest trends, and he is always trying to accomodate his clients. I totally recommend him !!!
