Not good!!!Spoke with a roofing company and a crack company witch both told me that you dont know what your talking about.The floor your mentioning is not even laminate its wood you should really know the difference.Also spoke with the other inspector and your missing weepholes from your picture is from the wall of the balcony not the building he showed me his pictures showing the weepholes top and bottom.Lastly you didnt why the exterior hose wasnt taking out water when you previously closed the exterior faucet. This is why I dont recommend at all this company.
