Had a problem with airconditioner.. waited 2months to get parts... they blamed manf... then they brought the wrong part.. and then changed the part ... and it was not the problem... then it needed another part... and charged me every time... continually blaming the manf.... last straw was humidifier wasn't working, the blamed another part, once replaced... it still did not work properly.... i finally gave up on this company... poor service, poor support and just continually charging for every visit.... humidifier still not working.....
