i work for a town highway department and the first time i needed to order parts took 6 phone calls to actually get the parts and then this time 3 phone calls and still waiting on just an emailed quote

Joe in tech support is absolutely full of a wealth of knowledge. He's an old school tech that knows his stuff. It's not easy to troubleshoot accurately over the phone. My hat is off to him. He helped me dial in a clutch multiple times this wk on an Air Force 1. His timely responses were an absolute pleasure. I appreciate your time Joe, thank you again. He values his customers and realizes that "airports mean business". Shorter down times, mean more business for everybody in the airline industry. Don't forget to stop on by someday Joe. You're welcome in my shop anytime...

I own four LM220 loader blowers and other products build by RPM Tech. Im not sure why some reviews are so negative towards this company. Theyre service techs are very knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond to help 24/7 with any issue. Never been left helpless. Great thanks to Joe Vietri. His help is priceless.
